Payment & Guarantee
We cover the first 3 months directly. Months 4–12 are covered by insurance. Rent payments are guaranteed even if the tenant loses their job.
No. All unpaid amounts remain legally recoverable. All obligations continue for the guarantee period.
Our Guarantee Agreement specifies the rent amount, duration and scope of our guarantee (3 months direct + up to 9 months insurance). All terms are set out clearly before signing.
Under the agreed terms we cover the rent. The first 3 months are covered by us directly, the next 9 months by our insurance partners.
